IMP Valdemar claims this system on behalf of the IMP.
The Titan system is a planetary nebula formed from the remains of a 
supernova. The clouds of gas are slowly expanding away from the system at a 
few hundred km/hour making the navigation of the clouds very dangerous. The 
rings are densest around the 4th and 9th orbital ring.
