Skye is claimed by FEL Starbase Arrakeen on behalf of the Felini Tyranny. 
It is currently deemed restricted space under Felini law due to the recent 
conflict. Access licenses can be applied for via the governor 
(tonyrich@btconnect.com), Mawet , Tyrant Emeritus (gordon-pia@vip.cybercity.
dk) or Tyrant Mrrshan (tyrant@felini.org).
All registered positions within Skye have the full protection of the Felini 
and allies within the Consortium) and they will be defended if attacked.
